She is survived by: her sons, Terry Lewis of Harlan and Michael Lewis of Harlan; her siblings, Glenda Hamblin, Dale Gilbert and Larry Gilbert (Sangmin); her half-brother Carl Clark of Nashville, TN; her grandsons, Jeremy Lewis, Timothy Lewis and Ian Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Hayden Elaine Lewis and Amelia Rose Lewis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
