She was predeceased by: her parents, Maggie Dykes Nunley and Charles Nunley; her former husband Ova Middleton; her husband Porfilio Puente; and her siblings, Wilsie Hammonds, Bernice Wheeler, Mable Brooks, Irene West, Bonnie Nunley, James Nunley, Ed Nunley and Ralph Nunley.

She is survived by: her children, Tina Middleton, Rhonda O'Rourke (Jack) and David Puente; and her granddaughter Kayla O'Rourke.
