He is survived by: his mother Loretta Blevins; his brothers, Joshua Andy Blevins (Kimberly Farmer), Harlan and Tyler Helton of Richmond, KY; his grandmother Ruby Blevins; his aunts and uncles, Glen Helton of Kenvir, Bill Patrick Blevins (Gracie) of Kenvir, Donnie Blevins (Rosemary Johnson) of Kenvir, Darrel Blevins (Merlisa) of Alto, GA, Linda Helton Knopp of Illinois, Barybee Smiddy of Illinois and Mary Ayscue of Virginia Beach, VA; and his friend Donald Brock.
