She was predeceased by: her husband Tilman Cloud, Jr.; her parents, Jim Hale and Rebecca Woods Hale; and her children, Roger Cloud, Sandra Cloud and Portia Cloud Banach.
She is survived by: her sons, Tony Cloud (Deborah) and Donnie Cloud (Elaine); and her sister Wanda Williams of London, KY. She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
