She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Buchanan and Lola Nunn Buchanan; her children, Larry Lockhart and Cheryl Burgan Peterson; her close friend Geraldene Bryant; and her siblings, Clifford, Fred, Eugene Buchanan, Margie Hamby and Rosella Horner.
She is survived by: her husband Anthony Saylor; her children, Fred (Claire Lockhart), Sandy Rowe, Kenneth (Beverly Lockhart), Brenda (Wayne Sizemore), Robin Grubbs (Michael), Ricky (Sissy Burgan), Karen Pollen and Lisa (Paul White); and her siblings, Thomas, Helen Lyttle and Katherine Brooks. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
