He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Blackshire and Anna Missy Huff (Scotty); his siblings, Richard Pennington of Franklin, WV, Charlie Baxley of Cincinnati, OH and Debra Berg of Franklin, WV.; his grandchildren, Casey Bush (Shawn), Stephanie Perkins (Devan), Harlan, Kainer Caudill (Kenzie), Briana Caudill, Dawson Caudill (Adia), Sarah Huff and Chuckie Blackshire; and his great grandchildren, Bryleigh, Cabella, Bailey, Bush, Colt, Stevie-Mac Perkins, Keegan and Kennadee Caudill.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for assistance with his funeral expenses.
