She is survived by: her siblings, Kenneth Applegate (Linda) of Maysville, Brad Applegate (Janie) of Maysville, Gary Applegate of West Chester, OH and Wanda Conn of Maysville; and her nieces and nephews, Kevin Applegate, Chad Applegate, Tara Dean, Jarrod Applegate, Leighan Ruggles, Brandy Brewer of Jay Conn, Rachel MacIntyre, Bill Staggs and Marci Sweet.
