She was predeceased by: her parents, James McHale and Georgiann McHale of Kenton County, KY.. She is survived by: her husband Randall Polly; her sisters, Becky Claypool (Mike), Kathy Powell (Ron), Leslie Whelan (Jim) and Peggy Joseph (Robert); her sons, Robin Polly (Elizabeth) and Nathan Polly (Megan); and her grandchildren, Ava, Emmaline and Leo.
