He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl Howard and Ninnia Miracle Howard; and his siblings, Virginia Adams, Larry and Bryan Howard.
He is survived by: his son Brandon Howard (Brittany); his grandson Hunter Howard; his close friend Linda Howard; his siblings, Lenora McQueen (A. J.) of Norwood, OH, Dorothy Burke of Keavy, Janice Radar of Florence, KY, Jack Howard (Freda) of Keavy, Kathryn Young (Gary) of LaVergne, TN, Beverly Faulkner (W. C.) of Corbin, Bruce Howard (Barb) of Keavy, Wesley Howard of Keavy, Earlene Goins of Crittenden, KY and Holly Adams (David) of Richmond, KY; his cousins, Donald, Darrell and Dennis Helton; and his pet Tom. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home (607 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
