He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jean Mobley Karr; his parents, William Benjamin Karr and Hannah Campbell Karr; and his siblings, Kenneth Karr, Norma Stanley, Sue Thurston and Wylene Greenlee.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia J. Karr of Keavy, KY and Melissa J. Baker of London, KY; his grandchildren, Donia J. Watson (Mark), Justin D. Baker (Candace) and Kayla M. Parker (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Jeremiah Watson, Christian Watson, Evan Watson, Gunner Parker, Grayson Parker, Maesyn Baker and Jentry Baker.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home (510 E 4th St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
