He is survived by: his father William Burke of Corbin; his sons, Charles Burke of London, Johnathan Burke of London and Jason Burke Jr. of London; his siblings, William Burke of Corbin, Kentucky, Donovan Arthur of Corbin, Kentucky, Daniel Arthur of Corbin, Kentucky, Melissa Arthur of Corbin, Kentucky and Chrystal Burke of Corbin, Kentucky; his grandchild Graceland Renee Burke; his grandmother Florence Collette Burke; and his aunt Florence Kay Burke.
