She is survived by: her children, Willie Darrell Guy (Renee) of Glen Burnie, Danny Guy (Patricia) of Vero Beach, Bruce Guy (Brenda) of Keavy, Kentucky. and Melissa Guy of Keavy, Kentucky.; and her sibling Jerry Church (Joyce) of Corbin, Kentucky..
