She was predeceased by: her father James E. Fields; and her brothers, Jack and Robert Fields. She is survived by: her daughter Lori Boggs (Ronald) of Keavy, Kentucky.; her mother Mary Fields of Keavy, Kentucky.; her grandsons, Matthew Boggs of Keavy, Kentucky. and Johnathon Boggs of Keavy, Kentucky.; and her siblings, Frank Fields (Angie) of Keavy, Susan Cannon of Keavy and Nate Fields of Virginia.
