He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Hubbard Senior and Blanche Belle Muncy Hubbard; his siblings, Zola Collett Oden, Michael Dennis Fee and William Hubbard Senior; his niece Terri Sue Harrell; his nephews, Jeffery Owen Collett, Jason Patrick Hubbard and Bruce Sterling Hubbard; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Hubbard, Warren Collett, Bill Baker, Eugene Dixon and Richard Oden.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ella Jean Dixon of Calhoun, Georgia, Laura Sue Smith (Doug) of Keavy, Viola Baker of Keavy, Henry Hubbard of Grand Blanc, Michigan and Millard Hubbard Jr. (Rebecca) of Lewisburg, TN; and his sister-in-law Molly Ann Hubbard of London, KY. He is also survived by the uncle who would give all the children.
