She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Milligan and Beulah Darlene Groleau Milligan; her husband Willie Howard; her stepchildren, Anna Lee Asher, Martha Howard, Fern Howard, Bill Henry Howard, Kelly Howard and Naomi Browning; and her brother Art Milligan.

She is survived by: her sons, Charles Lee Fox of Keavy, William Warren Fox of Michigan and Ronald Scott Fox of Keavy; her grandchildren, Edith Gloria Fox Killingbeck, Chad Lee Fox and April E. Fox; her brother Charles A. Milligan of Florida; her stepchildren, Leihman Howard of East Bernstadt and Jan Poniedzielski of Grand Rapids, MI; and her stepgrandchildren, Thomas, Timothy and Theresa Lake. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
