He is survived by: his wife Ruie Sue Kelly of Flat Gap, Kentucky; his sons, Jeff Kelly (Jeanne) of Staffordsville, Kentucky, Dave Kelly (Debbie) of Flat Gap, Kentucky and Jerry Kelly (Patsy) of Flat Gap, Kentucky; his brothers, Marlin Kelly of Dayton and Dale Kelly of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, Chad Boswell, Scott Kelly, Lyndsay Cantrell, Brady Kelly and Andrew Kelly. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
