He is survived by: his wife Leslee Gilliam; his sons, Kevin Ray Pelphrey (Jennifer) of River and Garrett David Pelphrey of Painsville, Kentucky; his sister Joyce Ann Wheeler of Mt; and his grandchildren, Summer Hope Pelphrey, Garrett Pelphrey, McKenna Pelphrey and Morgan Pelphrey.
