It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Ray Pelphrey (Keaton, Kentucky), who passed away on October 1, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrett Pelphrey and Ella Kelly Pelphrey; and his son William "Billy" Pelphrey. He is survived by: his wife Leslee Gilliam; his sons, Kevin Ray Pelphrey (Jennifer) of River and Garrett David Pelphrey of Painsville, Kentucky; his sister Joyce Ann Wheeler of Mt; and his grandchildren, Summer Hope Pelphrey, Garrett Pelphrey, McKenna Pelphrey and Morgan Pelphrey.
