She is survived by: her spouse Jordan "Jo" Padgett; her daughter Jovi Quinn Padgett; her father Michael Brock (Candi); her siblings, Justin Brock, David Brock, Jr. (Jasmine), Seth Hazel (Sydni), Jackson Hazel, Carter Hazel, Tiffany Brock and Marisa Hazel; and her grandparents, Bertha Buis, Bill and Kathy Pemberton. She is also survived by her extended family and many friends.
