She is survived by: her parents, Ronald Crutchfield of Parksville and Sharon King of Junction City; her siblings, Gregory King (Kim) of Junction City, Jeremy King (Holly) of Junction City, John Crutchfield (Brittany) of Parksville, Ronald Crutchfield II (April) of Parksville, Kim Baker (Ricky) of Garrard County and Tonya Hacker (Tony) of Annville; and her close friend Carl Wallace of Wilmore. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
