He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Mae; his wife Keisha Phillips of Parksville, Kentucky; his children, Adam Lee Wilson and Kristin Dawn Minix; his siblings, James Lee Phillips of Parksville, Christopher Lee Phillips II of Alum Springs, Sherry Turpin (Marvin) of Alum Springs, Linda Marie Phillips of Danville and Teresa McQueary (Ken); his grandchildren, Zacc Lynn, Keirra Wilson, Kayla Wilson, Brent Minix, Jareet Minix and Kaydence Wilson; his great grandchild Zoey Redden; and his brother Chaz Finley.
