He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayman Luther and Mary Ethel Miller Owens. He is survived by: his wife Constance Elaine Quick Owens; his children, David Owens (Lisa) of Virginia, Steve Owens (Kim) of Danville and Vicki Andes (Bruce) of Junction City; his brother Cleveland Owens (Brenda); and his grandsons, David Owens II, Andrew Owens, Joshua Owens, Clinton Owens, Cameron Owens, Jeremy Andes, Alex Andes, Todd Haydon and Joseph Allen. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 27 great grandchildren.
