It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lisa Bloomingdale (Junction City, Kentucky), who passed away on June 22, 2019, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Charlotte Callahan and James Callahan. She is survived by: her daughter Kelsey Kruse; her parents, Mary Norris (Terry) and Dan Montgomery (Gretchen); her husband Anthony Bloomingdale; and her brother Ken Montgomery. She is also survived by many other cousins, aunts, uncles.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to her Daughter Kelsey.
