He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Albert Carrier and Marie Gerkey Martin; his wife Wanda Maddox Carrier; and his sister Margarett Tillett. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Lee Pennington (Donnie) of Junction City, Anthony Scott Carrier (Teresa) of Stanford, KY, Lisa Ann Rutter (Danny) of Newark, OH and Brittan Naylor (Nick) of Junction City, KY; his sister Janice Smith; and his children, Scott and Velma Johnson of Danville, KY. He is also survived by two brother-in-laws; one sister-in-laws; 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
