He is survived by: his children, Jackie Cutter (Johnny Spears), Jody Mattingly (Robbie), Stefanie Elam (Jerrod), James Lee Cutter II and Bryon McQuerry; his grandchildren, Casey Galbreath, Cheyenne Elam, Desaray Bowman (Jacob), James "Tee" Davenport, Tiffinie Jones (Dennie Martin II), Jerry Jones II (Shatoniah), Jonathon McQuerry, Daniel McQuerry, Jesse Mattingly (Nikki), James Tyler Mattingly, Jake Mattingly and Anthony Shell; his great grandchildren, Rennick Bowman, Devron King, Cloe King, Dennie Martin III, Austin Jones, Dominic Jones, Kingston Jones, Roselynn Jones, Creed Mattingly, Case Mattingly and Ella Mattingly; and his uncle Charlie Simpson.
