He was predeceased by: his daughters, Lou Anne Duncan Qualls and Benida "Bennie" Duncan Gordon. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Anderson Duncan of Danville, KY; his sister Irene Estes of Danville; his grandchildren, Lee Qualls (Melanie) and Whitney Nicole Peyton (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Jackson Douglas Qualls, Jacob Lee Qualls and Mattison Nicole Peyton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
