He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Case and Doris Case; and his sister Loretta Case. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Case; his children, David Swinney (Amber), Daniel Swinney (Frankie Jo), Tyler Case (Vera), Amanda Thompson and Teresa Roberts (Allan); his siblings, William Case, David Case, Patricia Welch and Sandy Watts; his grandchildren, Makenzie, Skyler, Arianna, Addy, Brayden, Layden and Braxten; and his pets, Peanut and Lil'Bit.
