He was predeceased by: his father Fred Richard Boynton Jr.; and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his son Dylan Boynton; his mother Jean King Boynton; his grandchildren, Alyssa Grimes, Colton Boynton, Karisma Loy and Karaleigh Stokes; and his siblings, Sue Boynton, Judy Boynton, Rick, Nancy Boynton, Angela Boynton and Jennifer Salsman (David). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
