He is survived by: his wife Jane Cochran Steberl of Danville; his children, James Dale Steberl (Sonya) of Danville and Theresa 'Terri Lynn Vannatta of Indiana; and his sisters, Susan Brittain and Patty Gatton. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
