He is survived by: his girlfriend Danita Riter; his children, Brandy Montgomery of Stanford, Brittney Conder of Danville and Jonathan Mattingly of Danville; his grandchildren, MaHayla Montgomery, Tyler Gage Conder and Jackson Grant Smith; his sisters, Brenda Cochran (Donald Lee) of Casey County, Jean Elliott (Billy) of New Washington, IN, Ruby Colvin (late Tommy) of Campbellsville and Sheila Mattingly of Marion County; and his sister-in-law Chery Mattingly.
