He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Belcher; and his siblings, Oden Belcher, Charles Belcher, Allen Belcher, Ruth Ann Boyd, Judy Baker, Deloris Belcher, Frances Pendygraft, June Herring, Hazel Gordon and Mary Alice Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Greer Belcher; his daughters, Daphne Belcher, Regina Belcher Ward (Ron) and Kimberly Goodlett (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Danielle Quisenberry (Timmy), Lance White, Desireé White and Trey Ward; and his great grandchildren, Ana White, Cruz White, Devoni White, Da'Chelle Quisenberry, Camdyn White and Phoenix Ward. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
