It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrell C Preston (Junction City, Kentucky), born in Danville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Preston and Rose "Pie" Lewis Preston; and his grandson John Carter Knight. He is survived by: his wife Sue Poynter Preston of Danville; his children, Darrell "Keith" Preston (Cheryl) and Stacy Cox (Al); his brother Randy Preston (Connie); his grandchildren, Courtney Conder (Michael), Ashley Bultena (Nick) and Erica Russell (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Haley Conder, Connor Bultena and Charlotte Bultena. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to Boyle County High School Bass Fishing Team or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
