He was predeceased by: his father William Herring; and his sister Guyla Simpson Carey. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Sue Herring Mason; his fiancé Kisha Conder; his son Garrett Lee Weston Conder; his siblings, Cassie Herring, Diana George, Tonya Nestor and William Nelson "Wally" Herring; and his nieces and nephews, Savannah Hodge, Heather Simpson, Amber Simpson, Kayla Mitchell, Joslyn Varnadore, Matthew Simpson, John Phillip Herring, Warren Cox, Jr., Joshua Hernandez and Tyler Varnadore.
