He was predeceased by: his parents, John Marion and Suzie Evelyn Inman Shepherd; and his siblings, Lester Hobert Shepherd, Roscoe Raymond Shepherd, Matthew Wesley Shepherd, Willard Crit Shepherd, Dr. Millard Alonzo Shepherd, Dewy Warren Shepherd, William Theodore Shepherd, Flonnie Jane Farmer and Sylus Valentine Shepherd.
He is survived by: his sons, Jack Logan Shepherd (Mary) of Danville, Donald Lee Shepherd of Junction City and Matthew Lynn Shepherd of Danville; his grandchildren, Lisa Bauder (Mark), Hugh Logan Shepherd, Alan Shepherd, Matthew Shepherd II and Andrew Shepherd; his great grandchildren, Emery, Dalton, Jennifer and Kelsey; his great great grandchildren, Carter and Kipton; his great grandchildren, Hugh, Alan, Matt, Andy and Mark; and also Chris Redding.
Memorial donations are suggested to Junction City United Methodist Church Building Fund.
