He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Mullins and Mary Ann Mullins; and his daughter Kim Igo. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Tackett Mullins; his children, Lincoln Bentley (Stephanie) of Jenkins, Brandon Shane Ison (Priscilla), BJ Hall (Julie) of Lincoln Co, Rebecca Slone of Jonancy, Lena Bevins of Jonancy and Danielle Slone of Jonancy; and his brothers, Tim Mullins (Sarah) of Dorton and Shawn Mullins (Sabrina) of Wise, VA. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
