He is survived by: his wife Karen Bateman Miller; his sons, Blake Miller (Jessica) of Virgie, Todd Miller (Tausha) of Pikeville, Mikie Miller (Rebecca) of Winchester, James Carothers (Heather) of Michigan and Steven Pugh of Virgie; his siblings, Jeff Burke (Lisa) of Dorton, Joe Burke (Ranea) of Pikeville and Tonia Potter (Lloyd); and his grandchildren, Cambria Miller, Morgan Miller, Mackaustin Miller, Zhoee Miller, Khloee Miller, Mason Miller, Jacob Miller, Jimmy James Carothers and Charlotte Pugh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
