He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Stevenson and Sylvia Violet Osborne. He is survived by: his siblings, Stevie Osborne of Morristown, TN, Linda Lou Bartley (Larry) of Jonancy and Mary Jayne Johnson (Jimmy) of Morristown, TN; and his close friends, Sharon Compton, Sarah Baker and Chase Baker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
