He is survived by: his children, Virginia Lynn Banks of Isom, Heather Phillips (Frank) of Jeremiah, Matilda Dotson (Ray) of Sandlick, Jason Rice of Lexington and James A. Blair (Amber) of Jeremiah; his grandchildren, Dakota, April and Julee; and his great grandchild Khalessi.
