He was predeceased by: his parents, John Halcomb and Stella Griffie Halcomb; his son-in-law Larry Caudill; his daughter Teresa Sharon Halcomb; and his brother Dudley Halcomb.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Sue Hylton Halcomb; his daughters, Patricia Karen Caudill of Jeremiah and Missy Cornett (Mickey) of Isom; his grandchildren, Dylan Caudill (Sydney) and Haydon Caudill (Hannah Craft); and his caregiver Shelia Swisher.
In lieu of flowers due to excellent care that was provided to Truman, donations are suggested to the Knott County Health and Rehabilitation Center.
