He was predeceased by: his parent Arlie Blair; and his brother David M. Blair. He is survived by: his parent Mollie Gay Whitaker Blair; his wife Connie Adams Blair; his son Christopher Russell of Fairview Heights; his grandson Austin H. Blair; his brother Arlin J. Blair (Terrie) of Jenkins; his aunts, Goldie Cornett of Hallie and Berma Matthews of Letcher; his uncle Olan Whitaker; his nieces and nephews, Balisa Baker Southworth, Crystal Nichols Weldon, Dawn Nichols Cowan, Kelli Nichols, Sean Blair, Brandon Baker, Brian Baker, Justin Blair and Brian Blair; and also Chris Blair (Heather Blair) of Fairview Heights.
