He is survived by: his parent Audrey Banks Lark; his children, Robbie Lark, Scott Lark, Shane Lark of Columbus Indiana, Jason Lark of Columbus Indiana, Travis Lark of Columbus Indiana and Nesha Lark Parker; his siblings, Eddie Lark of Cowan, Dickie Lark of Lexington, Charlotte Jo Sumpter (Jim) of Mechanicville Virginia, Carla Homola (Joe) of Elyria Ohio and Janie Benton (Doug) of Whitesburg; and his son-in-law Leonard Boggs.
