He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnett Adams and Mildred Smith Adams. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Adams; his sons, Travis Adams (Stephanie) and Dustin Adams (Jessica); his brothers, Michael Adams and Allen Adams; his grandchildren, Nikkie, Shyann and Terra; and his great grandchildren, Bryson, Tayton, Alydia and Hudson.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Hindman Chapel (125 Parks Rd, Hindman, KY 41822). A memorial service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
