He is survived by: his sons, George Bryan Ison (Shelley) of Elizabethtown and Josh Lowell Ison of Jeremiah; his sisters, Gertrude Ison of Franklin, Janetta Hickman of Hermitage, Mae Whitaker of Loggy Hollow, Juean Turner of Shelbyville, JoAnn Copley of Hilliard and Castella Ison of Pontiac, Michigan; his grandchildren, Kory Ison and Chloe Ison; and his stepgrandchildren, Daisha Lamb and Kyra Lamb.
