He is survived by: his wife Jerry Lee Smith Blair; his children, Dewayne Blair of Jeremiah, Angela Sue Stamper of Isom, Tammy Lou Hunley of Arkansas, Melissa Wilder of Jeremiah and Michelle Meyer of Jeremiah; his grandchildren, Regina of Justin, D. J., Brittany, James, Angel, Olivia and Emma; and his great grandchildren, Carly, Bailey, Abigail, Charleigh, Emry, Madilyn and Natalie.
