Lee was predeceased by: parent Lee Banks Sr; and nephew Gary Brian Miniard. Lee is survived by: parent Jessie Walters Banks; siblings, Enis Truman Banks of Vicco, Onis Barnett of Letcher and Mary Helen Ivey of Harlan; and nieces, Debbie Dillman, Debbie Lee Branson, Sherry Cooper and Alice Caudill.
