He was predeceased by: his father Billy Conn Adams; and his nephew Joseph Page. He is survived by: his mother Louise Adams (Ison); his children, Jenna Adams of Jeremiah and Justin Adams, Jr.; his siblings, Terry Adams (Dorothy), Tim Adams (Laura) of Nicholasville, KY, Phillip Adams (Brent Reid) of Winchester, KY, Robbie Adams (Renita) of Jeremiah, KY., Gina Adams of Jeremiah, KY and Lena Campbell (Roy Jr.) of Lexington, KY.; his nieces and nephews, Alex Adams (Megan), Trevor Adams, Brandon Adams, Roy Campbell, III, Connor Adams, Drew Adams, Bill Colby Adams, Rebecca Adams (Tristan) and Brooke Adams; his great-niece Nolah Janaya Campbell; his sister-in-law Lisa King Kerr; and also Isaiah Fields.
Due to the frail health of Justin's mother and sister Gina, the family requests for visitors to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
