Jackie was predeceased by: parent Hiram Stamper; and grandchild Brandi Victoria. Jackie is survived by: parent Alta Adams Stamper; daughter Karen Neely (John); siblings, Tommie Stamper of Jeremiah, Rachel Fife of Indianapolis Indiana, Shirley Banks of Premium, Velma Caudill of Ice, Pacia Bush of Slemp and Joy Faye Blair of Monticello; and grandchildren, Johnathon Cody, Tryston Hunter, Natalie Brooke and Jeffery Jacob.
