He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Quillen and Gladys Marie Oliver Quillen; and his brothers, Kenneth Lee "Pete" Quillen of Donald and Buddy Quillen. He is survived by: his son Harold Dean Quillen Jr. (Michelle); his siblings, Bruce Allen Quillen, Michael Lawrence "Moe" Quillen, Betty Bates, Linda Begley and Geraldine; and his great-niece Baileigh Fields.
