He is survived by: his children, Richard Blair of Jeremiah, William Douglas Blair of Jeremiah and Frances Blair of Jeremiah; his sisters, Maxine Sevier of Shepherdsville and Ethel Mae Adams of Ohio; his siblings-in-law, Margarette Whitaker and Steve Pena; and also Jeff Hutchinson.
