He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Caudill and Ettie Caudill; and his siblings, Burnette, Bert, Earl, Harold, Haskel, Elaine and Beatrice.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Blair; his son Scotty; his grandsons, Matthew Dylan and Joshua Logan; his siblings, Imogene, Jane, Adeline and Carl; his pet Ghost; and his close friends, BJ and Buck Trent. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to Hospice of The Bluegrass.
