She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Bowling and Alta Caudill Bowling; her husband Jackie Stamper; her siblings, Oscar, Mansfield, James Bowling and Loretta Bowling; and her granddaughter Brandi Victoria Neely.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Neely (John) of Hollow Rock, TN; her siblings, Otis Bowling of Hickory, NC, Carl Eugene Bowling of Cincinnati, OH, Chester Bowling of Blackey and Vanda Rue Sexton of Dry Fork; her grandchildren, Jefferey Neely, Johnathon "Cody" Neely, Tryston Neely and Natalie Neely; and her great grandchildren, Alex Neely and Jerron Cade.
